My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Every single encounter with staff was just exceptional. From the ladies who prepared breakfast to the front desk staff we had only positive encounters. The hotel stay was no stress and all the employees really cared for our comfort. This was my first stay at a Hampton but won't be my last thanks to the staff here. I just hope my next visit is equally impressive!

Our stay was relatively good. The staff was great in accommodating our infant. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. When I found out my flight was delayed several hours I called and asked that the crib be in our room when we arrived around 1 am because our baby was probably going to be very cranky when we arrived. When I got to the room it was already in place set up and ready for her to go to sleep.

The pull out bed was not equipped with blankets, only sheets. When we requested blankets it was made clear that we would be liable for the blankets and they would be charged to the room if they went missing… I suppose blankets on a bed are now considered a luxury? The best part about this place was the two wonderful breakfast attendants. Both were nice and engaging, they made my kids smile and were just beautiful people. They are the reason my rating is what it is.

We stayed in the suite with two queens and a pull out sofa. Very spacious and comfortable for traveling with kids.
