I will use Home2 everywhere I go. It was family friendly and had decent breakfast. I didn't care for the pet friendliness aspect, but all pets were well behaved and restrained. The neighborhood appeared to be safe, and rooms were affordable.

Except for room not being ready an hour and a half after check in time, stay was ok. Breakfast had a lot of selections and variety, but I wish it was real food. Bacon and sausage was clear it wasn’t real. Tasted plastic. The kids did love everything especially the pool.

Did not like our stay at this hotel. We had to go to the front desk everyday and request new bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Also the tub did not have a stopper and when we requested on from the staff, we weee told they don’t have any. That’s was very uncomfortable for my family of 5.

This hotel is poorly managed and lacks professionalism. This hotel charged my friend a pet fee after checking her out of the hotel and after she and her family where already at the airport. One of the hotel representative’s told my friend when she called the hotel that she saw her with a pet. At no time was she holding a pet. The rep made an assumption and charged my friend’s card after the fact. Since my family and my friend and her family were both checking out simultaneously, at no time was there any discussion about the dog. My friend explained to the rep after calling 3 times that the dog was in fact my service animal. My friend even spoke to the manager. He told my friend that he would have to review the hotel cameras, that there may have been dog fur in the room. After hearing about the issue from my friend I drove back to the hotel to speak to the manager. I told him that I lived in the area, that I was a disabled veteran, and that the dog was in fact my service animal. The manager then proceeded to tell me that I needed to show him documentation. I told him that although my dog is documented that it’s against the law to demand anyone to show him documentation for a service animal. The manager called me the following day to let me know he would refund the pet fee that was charged to my friend. Stay away from this hotel! There are better options in the north Dallas area, Addison, Frisco, Allen, or Plano just to name a few if you don’t mind the short drive.

Jose and Rashanda were great, even though we arrived early before the given check in time. As we drove hours to get there with my kids Jose made it easy for us to check in early... That gesture meant a lot to me. Gracias Jose
Rashanda, made our stay great, with her kindness, she gave us a printout details of the city, where to go, restaurant locations... Thank you Rashanda.
Will for sure love to go back again.
Note: One detail to be looked into is the stain on the couches, it needs attention to make it perfect.

Pretty nice stop during our road trip. Love Home2, staying there in future trips. While you'll still need you car there is convenient dining options 5 minutes from there. My kid loved the pool!

The hotel was outdated, but still ok. The bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way and the handle was hanging on by one screw. The main complaint was the toilet. It was VERY low to the ground, almost like a child's toilet. It made it hard to use. The front desk guys were super nice and went out of their way to speak to us.

It had a bed, gym and location that were adequate. The staff was indifferent. The carpet was really dirty for a newer hotel. The breakfast was a joke, although the coffee was good (saving grace!). The oatmeal was out of a Dicken's novel - beige water with a small amount of oatmeal down in the bottom of the container. My grandchildren's play food is more appetizing than the "omelets" and other hot choices.
So disappointing for a Hilton owned property.
