Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas - Central Expy North Park Area

Clean and close to cooks children hospital, highly recommend!!!

Traveling with children for spring break, we thought the indoir pool was a big plus. Unfortunately it was uncomfortablely cold and we were unable to tolerate it. Good breakfast. Clean yet items in room could use replacement ie -Mismatch lamp shades, broken desk lamp, missing bed skirt on one of the beds and shower faucet needed repair.

The best part of our experience was Josh when we checked in. It went downhill from there. Our room was less then clean, the floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed, shower had mildew. The water pressure was awful and the hot water took over 20 minutes to get warm at best. It was never hot, it took multiple flushes to flush the toilet. Electrical outlets and charging outlets didn’t work. Only one elevator worked. I realize you don’t know who is checking into the hotel but when guests have multiple children running, jumping and screaming up and down your halls at 6:00 am and dogs barking at 5:30am you should be aware of the situation and controlling it so i don’t have to call after an hour of putting up with it! You have cameras in you hallways to address this! This was a ridiculously AWFUL experience and we will never be back!

Last minute reservation near hospital with family member. Check in was delightful with clerk providing friendly and warm welcome. Loved our room with spacious accommodations. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom worked well with two people trying to get ready. Breakfast tasted well and hot items were at proper temps. Will keep this hotel on our return list.

Good weekend with family and grandkids

Our stay was not so great this time we stayed at the Hampton Inn back in March of 2022 and chose to stay here again to rest before my surgery in dallas the staff were nice and the room was great but the children that were staying at the hotel were running and stomping down the halls and playing around and they continued to do so even after my husband went down to front desk and reported they stopped and started again around 9 pm and i had to be up at 4 am for surgery so i wasnt rested at all due to the noise

Great place to stay for family visits. My only wish would be they have dark coffee at breakfast and half and half as well. Parking is great and staff always helpful.
