Completely satisfied. Hotel was recently remodeled. Room was extremely patient, location was remote and in a safe area. Extremely accessible to walking, right across the street from a lake. This was the perfect stay if you have young kids. Loved just about everything about this hotel. If I’m nitpicking the only issue was the tub, water collected as shower ran. Other than that very minor item this was perfect hotel for our families needs.

We stayed on 3rd floor. The hotel was full of teams, students and families but would never know it by how quiet it was a night. Breakfast bar was clean, always full of food, coffee was great, plenty of sitting area. Absolutely no complaints. We will stay here again when coming to dfw.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Right outside of Dallas made it a perfect spot for our family get away. The staff is very friendly and the facility is spotless. Never saw an employee standing around. They were either helping guest or cleaning something. The laundry room was a nice plus as well as the indoor pool and private patio. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is so nice and very well kept. Very clean, in a great location, & very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we chose this hotel for our kids spring break because they have an indoor heated pool, however the heat didn’t work and the pool was FREEZING. The hot tub was hot and nice but the kids couldn’t really play and swim in the hot tub. Overall it was a great stay but disappointed in the pool situation.

I will definitely be back to this hotel. Absolutely wonderful, spacious room, great amenities, clean bathroom and my kids loved the pool.

Beautiful new hotel . Very nice and safe area . Free easy access parking . Very good hot breakfast and usual other options , kept well stocked . Pool / spa didn’t open till 10a but a gentleman I think was the manager graciously opened it early for me and my grandkids and offered us a late checkout so we had time to enjoy . The young man that checked us in the night before was very nice . The area is a bit remote as in no close restaurants in eyesight so plan for that . The beds were comfortable enough , not the memory foam pillow top ones I’ve had in other hotels but cozy and we slept fine . Overall we had a great stay and I would stay again but I would plan better for our meals

This hotel looks and feels brand new. Every employee had great customer service. Would definitely stay here again. It’s probably in my top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and we travel often. The only issue is the pool, it has so much chlorine that your eyes burn just sitting in the pool area. Also the night we tried to go to the pool there were a lot of kids just horse playing around jumping in splashing everyone. There was no room for anyone else to swim or get in.
