Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas

Thin walls, could hear kids and parents shouting from nearby rooms late at night. Our bathroom shower would pour even though we set to the tap. The hotel could not fix it despite repeated requests and multiple guys coming to check it. Housekeeping is on alternate days, they did not even clear out the trash, inconvenient when traveling with little kids.

There was black mold in the ac. The ax was VeRY loud. I called the front office and told them it was too loud and they replied someone would come to check.5 They never came. I had to say something because I have an 11 month old baby .

Check in was supposed to be contactless. Had to wait at the front desk for about 10 minutes to check in. Shower handle was stripped out so I had to press hard to get the water to turn on. We were on the first floor with a window view to the pool area. Pool was supposed to be closed after 10pm but there were still kids screaming and playing in the pool at 1130pm. One of the 3 bath towels was damp when I grabbed it to use. I was in a nonsmoking room however my bathroom continually smelled like cigarette smoke. Check out was supposed to be contactless but I had to stop by the front desk just to check out and was told my receipt was going to be emailed to me. I usually love Hilton garden inns but this one was very disappointing.

Hello to all, All i can say is WOW!!! First and foremost customer service is outstanding. I love everyone at the front desk. My son got married and we all decided to stay at Hilton Gardens Las Colinas. The hotel is very clean and neat. Also, they are renovating the place and already they have a beautiful lobby and pool area. I mean its worth every penny to stay here, in a place you'll feel welcomed every minute of your stay. And im really picky! Hilton Garden Las Colinas thank you for making this a memorable experience for my family and me.

I've always thought Hilton family hotels are top hotels in the world but my recent stay definitely shattered that belief. 1. My top bed cover has many black and red lint balls. Which initially looks like bugs on the bed. 2. There was make up foundation on one of the face clothes in the bathroom. Last, but not least, is the most disturbing part. The first night, I'd notice a very faint urine smell when the duvet cover was close to my face. The next day I was watching TV at night and I'd notice a round yellow spot about the size of a 5 cent coin on the duvet cover. I didn't demand to change to another room b/c I was staying there all by myself and I don't want any stranger to notice that there's a young lady dragging her luggage in the hallway & she is alone. Also, that was my last night staying so I just covered myself w/ my jacket and went to sleep. I did mention some of these to the front lady when I checked out but I haven't heard anything from the representative so far.
