If you’re not from Dallas and don’t know the area. It is a ghetto area with heavy drug presence. Unfortunately I didn’t know that when I booked. The hotel itself was decently clean in the room. There was an overall very weird smell in the entire building. Staff was nice but hard to understand as they only speak broken English. Keep your children close to you at all times.

Property is nice. Seems to be a newer hotel. Breakfast was very much enjoyed by my little ones.
