We stay here quite often because baseball tournaments are typically held at the Ford Park. It’s always very clean and the customer service is great! We have only had an issue one time when the room above us let their kids literally let their kid run around the room ALL MORNING. With that being said the employee at the front desk immediately made a phone call and rectified the situation. This is our go to stay every trip!

I always stay here. I come to Beaumont often because I grew up here and I visit my family often. The price is right and the quality is better than some more expensive choices in town.

After been at the family funeral , and traveling all morning, It was the best restful sleep. It was to soon to check out at 11:00am. We just needed a little more rest.

This hotel is always soooo accommodating! From the fully stocked kitchenette with stove, fridge, micro, dishwasher & any type of kitchware one needs in a kitchen; to the Comfortable beds, comfy pillows, property management has thought of it all! We thoroughly enjoyed our very clean & sanitary room, as well as, our & absolutely delicious breakfast with an array of meal choices! Oh, And lets not forget the 'made to order' coffee, latte, cappaccino machine! ... This is our "go to" hotel each month we come to Beaumont to visit family, and as always .... this property Never disapoints!

Nice family hotel. Very clean room and bathroom. The only noticable problem was the carpet was frayed at edge of tile flooring.

I was absolutely amazed at the amenities in our room; full stocked kitchen, even a dishwasher! There were gas grills outside in a picnic area for use. The breakfast was amazing although the coffee machine was out of order. The room was immaculately clean. The beds were perfect, not to soft and not too firm. I rate it a 10 ! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

Booked this location for visiting family based on the reviews. I would normally never consider a two star hotel, but reviews on Expedia were great and it seemed like a good fit since family would only there to sleep in the evenings. Biggest mistake ever. The handicap accessible room was not ADA compliant for someone in a wheelchair, housekeeping did not service the room even though it was requested, and when more towels were requested the staff at the front desk asked family member to bring down used towels saying “we don’t have enough to go around.” Also, safety latch on door was missing and there were blobs of dried grout on the faux tile wood floor in the entryway of the room that looked like dirt. Make no mistake - this place is a dive. Do not stay here.

I booked the room through Expedia and I paid almost $140 for the night. I was travelling with my family and since I have stayed at Days Inn before I was expecting quiet comfort. Instead I got a room 115 directly NEXT to the elevator AND a very loud ice machine. Drunk ppl were coming and going ALL night using the elevator and ICE MACHINE and we got NO SLEEP!!! I am outraged that this particular room does NOT come with at least a disclaimer or a warning. I would be better off at $40/night motel vs this option. I find it disgraceful that the manager on duty I voiced my grievance to were only able to say: "Oh" and NOTHING else.

I am Very Happy to report that our nights stay was Excellent! Very Clean and Accommodating room! Micro, Frig, Dishware, Coffee Maker.... Extremely comfortable bed with several fluffy pillows! Breakfast was Outstanding! Eggs, Sausage, Potatoes, Oatmeal, Cereals, Bagels, Muffins, Juices, Fresh Coffees... etc. Very Helpful Front office staff, as well. This has been our "go to" hotel when we vist family in Beaumont, since it first opened. I am VERY pleased to say that this will continue to be our Beaumont Hotel of Choice!!!
