Our child got sick in the middle of the night and the hotel decided to double our fee to stay there. Customer service was no help and we will not use a Hilton property again.

i booked a king suite over a month ago, but when i checked in i was given a suite with 2 queen beds. lady at desk said they booked too many king suites so i had to be the one to not get whst i booked a month ago. Also people above me had kids who ran and jumped all night long. the property is very nice and clean but this stay was not pleasant as we had planned.

This hotel is above average, clean, friendly staff, breakfast is just enough (nothing special),l.. me and my family enjoyed the 4 days stay during our vacation at Austin and San Antinio TX. receommended!

... the mattress and the shower water temperature. I must preface that I am pampered at home with a Tempur-pedic Grand mattress in my master bedroom and Casper in my guest room. To be blunt... the mattress felt like my childhood bed with innersprings making my sleep less than restful. As for the shower temperature, it took longer than I would expect (3-5minutes) for the hot water to load up and "it felt" like there was a very limited supply of hot water to soothe my aches and tired muscles..

Wow what and amazing nice, clean and amazing wonderful respectful hardworking staff. You can tell these employees are taken care of. Great place for family, lots of places to eat plus HEB was down the block. On a completely different note, dont stay on the first floor if you plan on sleeping. We had a family right above us and there kids would not stop running back and forth. We finally fell asleep at 1PM and had to be up early. Yes we did call the front desk to report but seemed to make it worse as someone like Big Foot let us have it.

Excellent stay. Quick family trip to Austin and glad we found this hotel. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus and staff very friendly.

We were on a ten day vacation and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The kids loved the pool, basketball and cornhole. The location was great for going to downtown Austin but also far enough out to not feel like we were in a big city. Will definitely stay at this location if in the area again.
