Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge

Bed hard and pillows too soft made it an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Some TV channels for kids didn’t work. On our last day, juices were not available for breakfast.

Very nice and comfortable stay. We stayed in a 2 bed suite that was great and allowed our children to stay up and watch TV. We will stay again.

This was a very comfortable stay for a family of four. We all head space to spread out and enjoy.

I did not like the fact the receptionist was rude when i went to ask about housekeeping she was like did you ask when you checked in im like i didn't know i needed to ask ahead of time before i just need extra towels she i can do that im like ok also they put me in 219 which is right by the laundry room and elevators so my children were there for a basketball tournament so we didn't sleep well due the noise coming from elevator and people doing laundry i I paid alot of money to stay somewhere that the services were horrible

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. That being said, the rooms and bathrooms have a black wall making them dark. The lighting in the bathroom is not great. The bathroom vanity light in one of our rooms was broken, was not repaired during our stay and by report of the front staff had been in that condition for a while. Additional family members had problems with their rooms including not being able to obtain room keys upon check in and dirty bathrooms. There are other Marriot properties at the same location and I would be inclined to try one of those on my next stay.

Staff was great and friendly. Water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. Very noisy neighbor. Screaming child. Dog barking late at night. Hair on shower walls. Loud traffic noise. Otherwise okay. Comfortable bed but pillows very flat and uncomfortable. All this made it difficult to sleep.

Waited 10 mins as there was no staff at front desk. There was no key only room number given and front desk staff had to open the door for reach family after check in. When asked why no key card, the front desk staff rudely responded that they don’t know as they are new to the job. Typical Marriott standard poor service. They didn’t share any information on breakfast timing either.

Our stay was great. My family felt safe. The staffs were amazing, friendly, and showed awesome customer service. They served delicious breakfast. The indoor pool is also convenient and wonderful with the hot summer weather. This hotel is highly recommended and my family would stay here again.
