Hilton Garden Inn Austin NW - Arboretum

The bed was super comfortable. Our family got 4 rooms for 6 people and everyone mentioned the comfortable beds and pillows. Everyone said they slept very well. The air conditioner worked very well and was not too loud every time it kicked on. The rooms and lobby were very clean and orderly. They weren’t fancy or overly ornate but very pleasant. The room had a keurig coffee maker and coffeemate liquid creamer. I visited the small exercise room and used one of the two treadmills which had its own tv but no sound as you need to connect earphones to it. I didn’t have any with me so I’m not sure if they connect via Bluetooth or wire. There were also some free weights and a bike. Breakfast was not included but is available in the lobby for a fee. We did not eat it however. After hours, tea and hot cocoa are available free of charge in the lobby which had plenty a of pleasant seating areas. You can also purchase espresso based coffees from a machine (no barista). There are several restaurants close by including Pappadeauxs, Rudy’s BBQ, Chuy’s, Outback and Carrabba’s Italian. The area is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Had a good time, nothing wrong with the hotel but the experience. About 3am person next door kept vomiting assuming the had a great night out. And 2 out of the 3 pets staying in the hotel were aggressive towards my kids

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a family event. The entire staff was pleasant and helpful each time we interacted with them. We had to extend our stay, and they made the process simple even though I booked through a third party. The property was clean and inviting.

Disappointing stay.Room smelled upon arrival. Toilet had a bad flapper and ran continuously. Elevator smelled of Cigar and Marijuana smoke. Older kids running and screaming up and down the halls until 2:00am. Doors slamming. Staff was friendly and courteous

We have stayed here a few times because it's in a great location when visiting family. However, we actually came to sleep and others on our floor didn't, so we were a little disappointed in all of the noise that was near the midnight hour. The manager said he would have said something to them if we would have complained.

Excellent location for a family gathering. In a quiet neighborhood with easy access.

It was under renovation and workers were cleaning title flooring so a wet floor. They did stop so we could get by, but we had 2t three year olds and luggage. It was not the safest of conditions. The pool heater was also broken...they offered us to use a pool at another property, but not feasible with 2 young children. Breakfast was comped for everyone because of the renovation, but we had already paid for the upgrade online, so had to go through that waiting process.
