The hotel staff was fabulous, they made us feel very welcome and made the trip very special for my daughter. Every member we interacted with at the front desk was very professional and courteous. The hotel itself was gorgeous and our room was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - it was generally pretty empty while we were there. The hotel is located right by the arboretuem so very close to shops and restaurants, with ample parking for hotel guests. My only note for improvement was with room service. We had to call back for condiments (catsup for fries with the kids meal) and asked for sour cream for the quesadillas. Some catsup was delivered but never the sour cream. For the price of room service and the 'delivery fee', I would hope some of the standard condiments would be included without the extra calls (and the sour cream never arrived even though it was promised).
