Great place. Essentially right on campus. Wish we had been able to spend a little more than just 1 night. The bars had happy hour. And the pool was good for kids, I was worried a bit that it wasn’t but we saw plenty of kids using it throughout the day.

We were a bit disappointed that the pool was not clean and not heated so the kids couldn’t swim during our stay. We splurged for this hotel & it’s a bummer to not be able to enjoy it as advertised. I want to post this for other families so they can call ahead & check on the pool status before booking.

2 weeks stay with the family for a volley ball camp at UT. Very conveniently located on campus. Walking distance to lots of amenities. Also not far from downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable. Clean and quiet. Dining options on site or surroundings. Great city. Will definitely come back. Daily parking for a fee half what other downtown hotels charge.

2 weeks vacation stay with the family. We really enjoyed the comfort and size of the room. Very clean hotel with great amenities. Friendly staff and housekeeping on a daily basis. Breakfast and dining options on site and surrounding areas. Walkable distance to main UT campus buildings (welcome center, gregory gym, UT tower view, memorial stadium ...). The only drawback is parking ($21 daily), which is still cheaper than any other downtown hotels. Overall very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back.
