Stayed here for my daughter’s 6th birthday and staff was very accommodating and the hotel is very family friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a great energy about it. The staff was so friendly and genuinely happy & welcoming! Traveled with my kids and we all loved it, and we are traveling back again in 2 weeks, & have already made our reservations to stay here again!!!

My initial experience was so bad because the guest services attendant was so rude. Like he didn’t even want us there. We traveled all night, over 10 hours with a child. I called prior to see if we could check in early and they said yes for a fee. We get there and the attendant was unbelievably rude. All he said was they have nothing and we can go somewhere and come back at 10 or so. I asked if he was sure there was nothing because we were so tired. He just stared at me like I was dumb and said there’s nothing. Then I asked to speak with a manager and his walked up as I asked. She found us a room but while she was, he was still running his mouth, arguing with me, I was like are you seriously arguing with customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Then when we finally got our room, I called the corporate office to make a complaint, I received one email and nothing else. I will not stay at another one. I usually stay at Hilton but my boyfriend stays with Marriott so we went with them, but I won’t be back. Way too much for 2 nights to be treated how we were, yea I’m going to stick with Hilton.

The property was well kept inside and out! We loved the big drive up entrance and ample parking. The staff was very friendly. The on site restaurant was awesome it had a nice bar lots of family seating and massive TV area to watch games! We really enjoyed our stay at this location.

We actually got a room initially that was not cleaned, but to the front desk staff credit they apologized and gave us a small room upgrade with a room by the pool. We were not planning on using the pool but we were grateful to the staff for getting us a new room. The kids liked the restaurant and food there!

We stayed here with a toddler, the cold water didn't work at all in the shower so the water was scalding hot and someone's hair was all over the shower. Called the desk and they sent someone out on the room and he told us to basically just deal with it. They did have someone come clean the bathroom. They told us they would get back to us about getting a new room, but never heard back. After this I noticed blood on the sheets. I had to go to the front desk and complain, after this we did receive a new room, but it was after midnight at this point. The woman at the front desk was great, the maintenance man who came to our room was rude. Once we received a new room, it was also dirty. There were someone else's rose petals on the floor, but by this point we were so tired that we just dealt with it because we had to get up and drive a long distance back home the next day. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay.

Check in was by 4:00. We arrived at 2:00 and were told we had to wait until 4:00 before a room would be ready. The very next person in line was told their room wasn’t ready but the woman at the desk offered, without being asked, to give them a different room that was ready. They had the same type of room as us. When asked if we could get another room they said they didn’t not have any other rooms available. Not sure why the people behind us in line got that room instead of us. Our room was not ready at 4:00 as promised. It wasn’t available until closer to 5:00.
The walls are very thin. You could easily hear conversations, babies crying, the TV, alarms, etc from the room next door.
