Great property. Easily one of the best I have ever stayed at and would happily do it again with my family of four. After reading the other reviews, I see complaints were centered around unfriendly staff, but I disagree. Staff may have been direct and to the point, but they were very friendly. Place was very clean!

The reception at the front desk was sub-par. I arrived around 3am and was let in by someone at the front desk. He asked for a credit card without any greeting, and when I gave him a credit card he repeated that he needed an ID and credit card in tone like I was a misbehaving child tht was getting on his nerves.

It was a good new hotel things i dont like is no bathroom door not recommended for a family with kids. Also i was charged $50 more than other websites

Needed a suitable place to stay while visiting a family member while they were in the hospital. Wanted som that was affordable and yet pleasant. Well this hotel definitely lived up to that task. The hotel had a new and modern finish along with stylish decor. The room was pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times when we come to visit family. The children love to stay there. It is clean and ahs a contemporary feel. The continental breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is not the same Best Western I remember as a child. Hotel was so nice and clean and updated. Great breakfast. My only complaint would be that the pillows were hard, but my husband does not agree. He thought they were just fine. Close proximity to all of the sight seeing/ tourism.

I have pictures of all the things my floor wasn't mopped my sink was gross and the toilet wasn't clean towels not al the way flolded. The satff was stressed with school kids and a break in a card and cops there

Contrary to my instructions to the hotel for full service, the sheets were not changed on the 1st day. On the 2nd day, the maid stomped and pouted like a mad child when she serviced the room. At breakfast, the waffle maker timer malfunctioned a couple of times but hotel staff did nothing to try and resolve the issue. I sent an email about all this to the gm after the trip by got no response.

Glo Best Western was a great experience for my family and I. We just needed a clean place to stay for one night while passing through. The check in experience was quick and painless. The entire hotel is very modern and updated. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was not a typical hotel bed, which in our experience is usually like sleeping on plywood. The mattresses were very comfortable and we got the good. Igor sleep that we needed. The included breakfast was great. We would stay here again.
