Staybridge Suites Nashville - Franklin, an IHG Hotel

Came to town for a family wedding and traveling with 2 small children. Hotel was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the room. Room provided everything we needed. Pots pans utensils and storage bowls for leftovers. Loved the Dove hygiene products they provided as well!

Great…accomodated our family nicely. Polite front desk clerk.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and the beds were so soft and cozy. The kids loved the pool, I love that it was clean and had lots of towels and a shower down there. Breakfast was great as well!

This was recommended by another family and I will recommend as well! Clean, kind and helpful staff, complimentary laundry services and nice rooms. We will definitely return for another stay.

Room was spacious. Beds would have felt better with foam style mattresses. Loved the kitchenette and kitchen amenities, perfect for a family & Walmart was across the street for any necessities. Pool was great for the kids. Breakfast amenities were great too!

Overall things were very clean. We saw the cleaning crew out and about. What was a negative was there was no extra bedding for the pullout. We looked everywhere - no extra pillows/blankets/sheets. They had that before. I went to the desk and was told it should be in the closet. Yes, I agree, it should have been but wasn't. I did get sheets and a pillow from the desk but no blanket. Thankfully my kids travel with blankets so we were okay. Not a huge issue overall, but something to note.

We booked a double queen room for my family of 4. We arrived and check in after a long day of travel. The man checking us in confirmed how many people in my group. We get to our room and it was a king size bed only. I called the front desk and said this is not what we booked. He said they are full and will need to talk to the manager and call us back. Why was nothing said at the time of check in? We had No call back after 1 hour. My husband goes to front desk to ask for pillow and blanket so a bed can be made on the couch. The same guy that checked us in said “ we are trying to figure out a switch for you and we will call your room soon.” And did not give a pillow or blanket. No call. No knock on the door. Nothing. How rude and poor customer service.

This was a wonderful location and facility for our family of 5. Very spacious, comfortable and quiet!
