This is a favorite place to stay when I visit family in Franklin TN. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and there’s live music every night in the lobby/lounge. It feels like my home away from home

Our room had water leaking on the floor near the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful - changing rooms because of this. But then gave out our room code and key to another guest who tried walking in. Our key cards did not work. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the hassle. Having to Pay for parking on-site was definitely not ideal. We paid $25 for two nights. We enjoyed the live music and overall atmosphere. The rooms were great. The hallway was extremely cold as was the pool. The kids only swam for about 10 minutes because of the water temp.

Pool was out of service. No notice of issue was delivered to us prior to our arrival or once we had checked in. Didn't find out it was out of service until after our kids were ready to use the pool and then notified that it was not available. Very nice hotel, good staff, just an unfortunate circulmstance.

The front desk was super helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. The pool was amazing no one was in there so me and my kid got to enjoy the pool together. The area was in a convenient location. This was our second stay and we will def be back

Loved staying here! It was clean and staff was very nice and professional. Loved the bar downstairs. My family and I had a great time staying there!
