Hyatt House Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay. There is a ton of shopping nearby including a Whole Foods and a Trader Joes! We bought some meals there and were able to heat up our food in the little mini kitchen in our suite. Loved the junior King suite we had- great use of space with a huge TV that swings around to either face the bed or the living area. Loved the shower; I actually took pictures of it for a remodel idea. Breakfast was great, loved having hot items to choose from. The only downsides were some technical ones. First annoyance was the GFCI switch in the bathroom kept getting tripped when we would close the barn door on the bathroom (it would brush up against it and trip the test switch). We would just press the reset button so really not that big of an annoyance after we figured out what was happening. The other technical glitch was our TV remote stopped working and despite the desk putting in new batteries, it still would not work consistently. Really loved staying here- staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was terrific. I know where I'm staying if I'm in Franklin TN again.

Clean and family friendly

Hotel was excellent. Loved the kitchenette and sectional sofa area in the room. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers. I would definitely stay again. The absolutely only minor complaint is the beds. I tossed and turned as they really weren’t comfortable. Very stiff. Drinks and snacks were expensive but there’s a Walmart and target close by for those needs. Great location! We look forward to next time!

My family and I stayed here recently for a volleyball tournament. I will definitely stay here again when in the area. Very nice clean and comfortable room. Close to anything you need. Great for families.

Thanks Hyatt for the nightmare. We booked this hotel Feb 10, for our March 26 stay. A two queen Suite for our family of 6. I reached out to Hyatt the day of our scheduled arrival and let them know we would be a late arrival and the employee told me she would make a note in our booking and we were all set. After 8 hours driving me arrived at midnight. Once I walked in to check in, a very rude man employee, who was staring at his phone and I had tk clear my throat to get his attention. I said I am here to check in and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then asked my name. There was a pink stick note in his computer with my name and late arrival on it. HYATT overbooked and sold our room. With ZERO contact or communication to me. He thenisnformed me they moved me to the StayBridgd Hotel next door. Excuse me? He never once apologized or gave me any explanation why I wasn’t contacted or why this happened. We had booked a nonrefjndable rate and was told to go to the StayBridge. Upon arriving at the staybridge Hyatt booked our family of 6 into a one bedroom king room!!!!!

The mattress cover on the pullout had not been removed and cleaned and there was popcorn on the mattress (clearly from the couch) kid of gross.

The staff was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were spotless. The bar was great. The live entertainment was fabulous, and the pool was enjoyed by all the kiddos.

When we visit the grands - they love to spend one night in the hotel with us. The rooms accommodate well, with 2 queens and a sleep sofa. It's great to have the kitchenette & living area & they think the "free" breakfast is amazing. This is our 2nd stay. The room was clean and the rest of the amenities are as well. Plus the price is family friendly too!

Amazing space. Great for families. Right in Cool Speings area.

The room was fairly clean & beds were comfy! The amenities were nice - if only the pool had been open, since we had 3 kids with us. The carpet in the bedroom needed cleaning & the last guest left false eyelashes stuck on the bedside lamp - EEEEK! When we needed assistance with the direct TV. The front desk said they couldn't help. When we called later to ask if they could please recommend a pizza delivery nearby - She said "I have no idea" . Not our idea of helpful at all
