Place was as expected when staying at anything associated with Hilton. Had an issue with the airport shuttle and the hotel phones were down. I didn't expect anything, but they quickly made it right and we're very apologetic. I would definitely stay here again. My child also loved that they had a nice modern lobby area with pool table and other games.

Hotel had a happy, energetic vibe. My kids said it reminded them of a "Disney like" hotel. Was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful new facility that looks and feels very bright, fun and rather high end at a really incredible price point. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided has a wide range of delicious hot and cold options. I will definitely be staying here anytime I visit my family in Knoxville.
