As a family that travels on the regular, this was by far the best stay ever. Amazing staff which were nitnonly extremely accommodating but extremely personable as well. From front of house to house keeping (which clean from top to bottom), I couldn't dream of one bad thing to say. I woild most certainly stay here again if im visiting the area.
Also, breakfast was fresh, HOT & delicious!
Bed were comfortable and cozy. Even enjoyed the free game room.

Excellent location, walking distance to food, adventure park, and shopping. We had the family suite and it was very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable. Balcony was a fun touch. Kids were thrilled with the game room- pool table and foosball. Only negative - Like other reviews, parking is a little tight.

Fun little hotel in a great location, within walking distance of lots of fun activities, shopping, restaurants, etc. Our kids loved the pool, the game room, the outdoor sitting area and the breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Keystone!

Got in after a long drive, no one at front desk. Waited a bit and called number lady came to assist with a toddler and was short, rude and anything but friendly. There are a number of other places to stay near by choose them

There are not many hotels to choose from in this area, and this seems to be one of the nicer ones. A little dated, but very charming! The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was good and available 24 hours. My kids enjoyed playing pool in the game room. Family owned property.

We loved staying here for a few days with our kids and dogs. We stayed in a loft room, and my kids absolutely loved having their own space upstairs. The property is centrally located so its easy to walk to the boardwalk for shopping and dining. There's even a coffe/wine bar directly across the street with a playground and fully fenced dog park making this the perfect location for families. Hot breakfast was served every morning with varying options each day. The staff was also super friendly. If we ever make it back to the Black Hills, we will definitely be staying at the Roosevelt Inn!

What a hidden gem this place is. I almost don't want to give my review in order to keep it to ourselves. We are a family of 5 and even though we needed a roll a bed, our room accommodated it. Such a quaint place with Kennedy and Ashley helping us with all of our needs. They have a gameroom that my boys LOVED! My husband would say the best thing was the breakfast that was included! They cooked everything fresh and not fake. From french toast to western omelets. Everything was very delicious! We eill definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at the inn! This is a family business and we got a chance to meet a few members of the family! Check in was easy and everyone was super friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the game room where they played pool. The location is in a busy area, but we found the room to be quiet. The only thing we would recommend is to park down at the street level if you can. The upper lot is tight and there is not room for two cars going up and down at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!

This place is old and worn! My family had three rooms - mine was just inside the main parking lot entry on third and it was both EXCEPTIONALLY hot and it was loud. Others were on 4th floor just above me and one just above the actual entry on third. That room - visible open air crack to the outdoors next to the wall A/C unit. Loud!! All three rooms were just sort of worn and tired. Driveway up to parking lot in back is single lane curved road with a blind corner - while there is a mirror, you have to know to look up for one and you are at the mercy of other drivers. I wouldn’t stay here again, too many other options.
