Don’t stay here unless you plan on waking up every 2 hours to the train right outside. Kept our baby up all night! Room was slightly dirty.

The room was okay. I had stayed with true one time before with my grandchildren. This time it was a little different for one. The pool was closed. Not sure why because there’s an indoor pool, but it was close. The second thing is we had brown water coming out of the shower head, I didn’t like that other than that it was a good stay

We love the Tru! This is always my family's stopping point when we travel to visit family. We like the simple yet useful decor, the comfortable beds, and the amazing shower. On this occasion, however, i noticed the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as usual... There was dirt build-up around the trim in the bathroom, and on the bed frame. So that was disappointing.

When we first arrived at the hotel the two people at the front desk were talking about someone “violently throwing up” in one of the rooms and barely said a word to me except to ask for my name. I booked a room specifically with a bathtub because I’m traveling with two small children. We got to the room and there was no bathtub. It wasn’t a huge deal, but still disappointing. The walls in the bathroom had something brown splattered all over them. When we got ready for bed, we saw what looked like blood stains, yellow stains, and brown stains on the sheets.

Great check in and frost desk lady was amazing. Wanted to go to the pool, but was a little rowdy with our kids and decided not to stay. But not fault of the hotel. Bed & room was great and breakfast was good too! Will stay again if passing through

I love the eco freindly rooms! The view was pretty, games for kids and adults. I loved the indoors pool! Breakfast was good!
