We live in South Carolina and frequently visit the Charleston area. I booked at Fulton Inn bc it’s one of the few places we’ve not stayed. It was quiet, which was nice as Charleston has become a magnet for herds of loud tourists. It was clean and nicely decorated. The mattresses, however, were uncomfortable and didn’t have fitted sheets on them - just a tucked in flat sheet which was odd. The people at the front desk were SUPER NICE, but we had a parking issue when we arrived and the college-aged sounding kid who answered the phone was miserable and couldn’t have been less helpful.

My stay here was amazing! My family and I couldn’t be more happier with our choice to book with Fulton Inn. It’s a great location and the staff was so nice! Our family want to say thank you so much for all you do! We will definitely be back soon

The Inn keeper, Jess, made sure we felt welcomed and our overnight stay in Charleston was memorable. She suggested restaurants, and attractions for our family to enjoy. We would return to the Fulton Lane Inn without hesitation. Thanks, Jess and team.

I am a single mom and stayed here with my two small children. The hotel was right on King Street and was a great location for walking around to various sites. The staff was all very nice even though it doesn’t seem like a place that normally has kids running around. There were bottles of water available in the lobby and a wine a cheese reception each night at the sister hotel next door. The breakfast was delivered to your room in the morning, but the options are pretty limited. So if you’re a big breakfast person, I wouldn’t bank on that. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean. We were there for the 4th of July, so King Street was busy, but we didn’t have any issue with noise at all which I was concerned might happen. We had an amazing time, and I would love to come back.

Booked a room for 3 adults and 2 kids. When I got there only had a room with 2 double beds and no rollaway bed. When back to the front desk and all I was told is that it was not their problem and they did not have any rollaway bed at the hotel… smh…
