Stayed 3 nights for anniversary celebration in the junior suite. Room was comfortable and nice. Shower/commode space was small but functional. Atrium has great view for breakfast every morning. The location of hotel is within walking distance from restaurants stores and sights. Valet parking is convenient and secure.

A great little hotel with wonderful staff, the Andrew Pinckney is in the heart of the tourist area and walkable to so many things! The room was nice, clean and the morning breakfast or the afternoon wine/cheese provided on the 4th floor was a great bonus! Only complaint, the bed matress was a little to be desired but after walking all day it did not matter much - would recommend to freinds and family this hotel in Charleston

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. The afternoon cocktail hour and morning breakfast were lovely. A nice change from the usual family style hotel chains we usually stay at.

We stayed here with our son, and his young family, which included a young infant. And the staff could not have been nicer to us to meet the needs that ranged from the elderly to the young infant, and needs that ranged those age groups! They did it happily, and at all hours of the day and night.
The lodging, the atmosphere, and rooms, check-in personnel, lobby, environment, furnishings, etc. everything was just spot on and white glove clean!
We have stayed there before and received five star treatment, and they did not disappoint on any aspect of our stay this time as well!
We so look forward to staying here again in the future, and I highly recommend this location for future travelers wholeheartedly, especially the staff members that I recall their names the housekeeper by the name of Sharon, Sheila and I believe Tito and Larson I’m not sure what their capacity is as personnel there but they were so Personable, and so sweet with the demeanor in setting up an extra crib and bedding for an infant that would not sleep on the extra queen bed alone for some reason. I wish I could remember the other names of the people that checked us in they were so, so kind. I wish I could give them the credit they so deserve.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable experience!

It was a great family trip. Texted us prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. The staff were Kind and courteous. Sweet treats were available when we registered. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area had the most fantastic view.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Andrew Pinckney Inn and could not be more pleased. Definitely the charm of an older property but beautifully maintained and imagined for today.
We booked a junior suite for this trip and it was fantastic. There is a room category that specified No-Window and I am claustrophobic so went with a higher category room. When we were checking in we walked past one of the no window rooms and quite honestly, I could have been very happy with that room too. If it is the only room category available or it fits your budget better, don’t hesitate to book it.
The nightly wine reception and breakfast are terrific perks too!

The location of this inn is perfect! Visitors are close to many historic sites, dining, and shopping. The complimentary breakfast, daily wine and cheese reception, and cookies were all delicious. The eating area offered a nice view of the downtown.
The only part that we felt was negative was the bathroom. While having the sink area separate from the toilet and tub/shower is a welcome convenience, the room with the toilet and tub/shower is too small; especially for someone like my husband who is 6ft tall. Also, not sure if anything can be done in regards to this, but the water pressure in the shower is not strong enough.
Overall, our experience here was a positive one and we would stay here again. We would also recommend this inn to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at the Andrew Pinckney inn with our family of four. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The rooms are comfortable and location can’t be beat. The breakfast was yummy and views are amazing from the dining room. We will definitely stay here again!!
