Fairfield Inn & Suites Stroudsburg Bartonsville / Poconos

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Pillows could be updated as they were very uncomfortable. Hot tub was not operational. The kids loved the pool.

It was an excellent vacation for me and my husband, and staying at this hotel made it unique beautiful hotel, clean and have decent workers. The only issue we had was over the weekend they had a lot of guests that had younger kids and the hallway was very noisy and the family next to our room was super noisy. If they can try and control the noise by letting parents know that they should at least try and help there kids know that in hotels you don't run around and make noise because some people are there to get some rest and don't need to be disturbed, I think that will be nice.( Though I know it can be difficult). But other than that we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Excellent service 👌. Thank you.

From our check-in, to check-out, my husband and I had an amazing time. PROS: Great location near local wineries, great restaurants, shopping, Pocono Pub is amazing. The bathroom was very clean, soft towels, comfortable sheets. Fantastic selection with the free breakfast - sausage, eggs, yogurt, waffles, assorted bagels, toast,cereal for kids, good coffee and tea selection. The staff ALWAYS refilled everything in a timely matter and smiled the whole time. The area felt very safe, and very quiet - it's far away enough from the highway that it's no issue. You can occasionally hear the trains :-) CONS (just a few!): The bed was a little stiff for me but I have back issues so most hotels don't have great beds :-) The pool had LOTS of chlorine so we didn't even try to go in because of the strong chemical smell which was a little disappointing. Overall GREAT hotel stay - highly recommend!

I did Not like how I put To pay at hotel but was charged at 8am when check in was at 3 and because it declined they canceled my reservation. So when I went To check in at 3:50 I wasn’t able to get a room now after I just drove 3 hours with my family. To now have to find another place last minute and more expensive.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, people around us were very noisy, doors slamming in middle of night. WORST thing is a drunk, naked woman knocked on our door at 4:30 AM for 20 minutes before Front desk came up and took her away. My family and I checked out at 5:30 am because we were so disturbed. THE HOTEL GAVE US NOT ONE CENT OF CREDIT NOR A PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER! Don't stay here!

We would stay here again. Went snow tubing at Camelback and Shawnee and this hotel was a great spot for both, with lots of food options nearby. Clean hotel and rooms. Very comfortable stay. Nice pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was nice, wish it ran a little later than 9am for our late awakening family.
