Stayed here for one night to go to the mudrun the next day. We didn’t get to use the facilities. Just slept in. Convenient location and close to some dining areas. The grounds were well taken care of and very quiet/ peaceful. The villa was clean but not the cleanest. Some stains on the carpet.. kitchen was well equipped with pots/ pans/ silverware/ cups/ mugs etc. coffee machine and toaster and microwave and huge fridge and freezer available. The bathroom was inside the bedroom was somewhat annoying to use if someone is sleeping on the pull out. The pull out itself wasn’t too comfortable. I am not tall and still, my legs weren’t fully stretched. It’s for a couple of children maybe. The night was $274 which was a bit pricy when in fact, only a couple of people can be comfortably sleeping in it. Overall, would not return.

The best place for a family, few times we’ve been there with my husband, but at this time we came with our son and grandson, they were absolutely happy with swimming pool, activities, attractions around the area, organic farm near by.

The property need an upgrade. The bathrooms are from the 90s, the rooms a bit dirty. The staff was shockingly rude. The front desk lady welcomed us with such a horrible attitude that I have not seen in over 20 years and upon departure, she was the same, incredibly distrustful . Her name is Don. She acted like we bothers her and we slept for free in her house. We were looking for a place to take our kids every weekend and that is the place to run from.

The resort was perfect for our family. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to save money by cooking our own food. 10 minutes to big Boulder and 1 minute from a cute Cafe. Tons for our family to do including indoor and outdoor games and the pool and a nice walk to get to everything.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The site amenities have a lot to offer families. Close proximity to both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Our plan was to ski so didn’t explore much of the surrounding area but plan to stay here again when we come back!

The property and amenities were perfect for my family. My sons enjoyed the pool, basketball court and theater. Our villa was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal-across from the Pocono Raceway. The staff was friendly and helpful. We are planning to return in the Fall for a longer getaway.

We stayed at the Village at Pocono over the July 4th weekend. The Pros: Beautiful place in wooded area. Quite location, good for a group as well! We stayed in a newly renovated suite/ bungalow. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice for an extended stay and great for families! Here are the cons: The hot water was weird. It took 10 minutes just run the shower before you can get warm water (I was the first to shower, it should it have been a problem). Oh and they skimped on the shower head “big time”! I don’t know about you, but I like a nice shower to start my day. Well the shower head is a little narrow sprayer / spout, that sprays in a narrow stream, forget about adjusting it, because it’s impossible! Oh my husband showered immediately after me and guess what? Yes, he had run the water 10 minutes to wait for the warm water again. Glad I didn’t plan to wash my hair! It was annoying. Same with with washing your hands. The WiFi could use a boost, The broadband was limiting. Lastly, walls are pretty thin (bedroom walls, that is!). Fortunately, our neighbors were not partiers, so it wasn’t too bad. But if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, it could be a problem. It’s a nice place to stay, it for $200/ night. They have got to enhance the plumbing and the Broadband!
