Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Harrisburg West, an IHG Hotel

I was very disappointed especially with the good reviews, we was in a suite on 5th floor the size of the room was great but the air conditioners do not work good and it was pretty warm in our room all night and the king bed smelled awful and the sink if you ran just the cold water made an awful like chugging noise. We say at holiday inn express all the time we prefer these hotels due to most of them have pillow top soft beds these did not have them and usually very clean with no issues. I’m sorry to say I would not stay here again. However we went to the grocery store across the street and it was very nice. I hope this helps someone that has a big family to find a hotel it’s hard to find hotels that can fit that many people in one room together and I wish there was more that did! The staff was very nice when we checked in and it was a fast check in process. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. Pool was nice which my children enjoyed. I only stayed 1 night but from what I'd experienced I would recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay. Room was very spacious, clean, comfortable. With our big family the room was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was good, had a few different foods to choose from. Basic breakfast foods. Highly recommend this hotel

The room we stayed in was huge! Comfortably accommodated our family of 6. More than enough room to spread out. 4 kids and no complaints about breakfast. Kids loved the pancake machine. Furniture in our room was definitely a bit worn BUT this was a great alternative to Hershey property for 2 evenings! We would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast buffet for a hotel. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

even though there was 2 buses full of kids for a compititionthe hotel was bery quiet.

The key that was provided did not work and we had a very tired family at time of check in. Room is very nice, updated and cleanly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity of Holiday Inn Express to my family member’s home makes it ideal as well as Holiday Inn being a friendly, clean and comfortable hotel offering a wonderful breakfast. I felt comfortable coming and going as well as safe and welcomed each and every time. Thank you for the enjoyable and comfortable stay and look forward to another visit and hope to stay at the Holiday Inn Express again.
