I stay in this hotel every year because it is the closest to Harrisburg Area Community College, which is the scene of the India Day celebrations. I've never had an issue with this hotel in the past and have always thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there was a crowd of unruly kids also staying at that time. They ruined the pool time for me and they ran yelling and screaming down the halls as late as midnight. Again, not the hotel's fault except that rooms occupied by quiet adults were mixed with rooms for these misbehaved kids. Their parents/chaperons weren't or whoever was in charge of them cared not for other occupants of the hotel. To hotel staff: please try to book children on one floor and keep them there.

It was clean and average. Staff wasn't really present. Coffee in the morning was cold and clearly from the night before. I was down pretty early but no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found to ask about it. Only one coffee packet in the room for a 2 night stay. The rooms and overall feel of the hotel is old and worn. The pool was closed so the kids could not use it. Overpriced for the current condition and experience.

Our room was quite large which I was so thankful for with 3 kids along. Separate bedroom from the little living area and kitchen was really nice to have. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a wine opener lol).
We used the pool, it’s a little small and only goes to 4 1/2 feet deep. But I was ok with that. and the kids had a great time swimming. Staff was efficient. The gal that we checked in with in the evening was extremely nice. It was very welcoming.
Breakfast was well stocked. The sweet potato tater tots were delicious!!
Parking was great! The farm show was happening so I was afraid the hotel spots would be taken but they had plenty of spots for hotel guests!

Front desk staff were very personable and friendly. Very clean room, and had all the amenities of home. Would be great for a family or a longer vacation! Will definitely stay at this hotel chain again!
