Hotel interior has a new looking appeal. 5-star. Dislike: apparently there is a summer sports camp in nearby Manheim, PA. The young kids [aged 5-10?] treated the lobby like a playground with little parental supervision. The first floor lobby surfaces have no acoustical absorption that made the “playground like noise” similar to an elementary school cafeteria “ambiance…….”

One of the most unique hotels I have stayed at. Very friendly staff from beginning to end. The person at the front desk even remembered my voice from the confirmation call. The decor is like no other hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. I dined at the Per Diem restaurant inside for both dinner and brunch, and I was very pleased. Fantastic stay overall, with two young kids.

We have enjoyed staying at Hotel Rock when attending family events. We generally like the hotel but the pillows are too small and very hard. It seems like a small thing but not sure why they don’t have king size pillows that are medium firmness. We both had trouble getting comfortable and woke with stiff necks.

Everything was nice, except for one thing: I like to sleep in a dark room, light disturbs me. And they have little lights at the top and on top of TV. It was very annoying. The room was bright like in a daytime. I had to cover these lights with towels because it took my kids forever to fall asleep. other than that everything was perfect.

Very disappointed bordering on upset. The hotel over booked hotel usage with a 5 yr old's birthday party, We could not use the lounge, game tables, bar or restaurant due to crowds and poorly supervised children. Some traveling soccer teams were there and all of the kids seemed to be using the hallways as their playground as late as 11 PM. The hotel staff would not grant a late checkout until the AM staff came in. The beds were horrible with excessively worn mattresses. We had a 2 queen end unit that had a window without light blocking curtains. So the 6 AM sunrise on a Sunday morning was not welcome. Never again!!!

Hip, fancy hotel with clean updated amenities, and a great rock atmosphere. We added an extra night to our stay and our kids loved the suite we were in.

Hotel rock Lititz was such clean quiet and unique experience. We loved the atmosphere and how the rooms were so spacious. My children loved the pool and the hot tub was amazing too!

Clean, relaxing, comfortable. My wife and I got a last minute opportunity away from the kids and this made the whole trip that much better! Thank you Rock hotel! The hot tub was the bomb!
