Fairfield Inn & Suites Hershey Chocolate Avenue

My family had a great two night stay here. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location near Hershey Park. Definitely will stay again.

The bathroom light was burned out the first day/night fan wouldn’t come on either. Brown stuff on the floor of bathroom and than get it the shower and someone’s dirty wash cloth from previous family staying hanging in the shower. The pool is tiny and was so packed with big kids we couldn’t use it.

My brother and I stayed in 3 different Fairfield Inn 3 nights in a row during our travels and this one was the best to both of us. I loved the breakfast, I’d rank it 1st while my brother ranked it 2nd. This location had a ton of options for food in the morning which was great because I have dietary restrictions and could actually eat food and not just have a bagel with nothing on it. Staff were very nice. Room was clean. Location was great. I think my only complaint would be the fact that the rooms only have privacy curtains not room darkening shades. The light that comes in makes it harder to sleep but that is truly my only issue with the property. There were A LOT of kids here due to us being near Hershey Park so breakfast was a little loud and not as peaceful of a morning but I don’t blame anyone for that. Overall a really great stay. This hotel was a great location, great food, great staff.

Great location if you’re coming to visit Hershey Park and surrounding attractions. Breakfast was the usual hotel continental style with a variety of options. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that the sofa bed was twin size For our family of 6 needed a bigger sofa bed to fit 2 kiddies. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Very polite staff. Close to all attractions, easy parking. Good breakfast, kids loved the waffles! Our beds weren't the best, but I think it was because we got a handicapped room.

This hotel was the perfect for our weekend getaway with the kids to Hershey Park! It was a 5 minute drive from the park, and it also offered a pretty decent selection as park of the free breakfast. I guess I always just expect the minimum when it comes to free breakfast, but they had a decent selection of both hot, cold and to-go options. The breakfast alone probably saved us a good $40 (estimating the cost for breakfast for a family of 4), so that was a great addition. Room was pretty standard and what we expected.

Women at check in wasn’t friendly. The man at check out was very nice. Room was spacious & very clean. Breakfast options were fair, nothing my kids liked, cereals were “healthy” options. Went down closer to 9 and they were all out of muffins, toast, and bagels not replenishing at that time. Juices were “out of order”. Was told at check in that housekeeping would come every other day, 2 days after check in. We emptied our trash multiple times bc the trash cans are small & we are a family of 5, but left what we had that morning as housekeeping was coming. They were next door when we left for the day. Normally I don’t care if we don’t get housekeeping, as we are neat, but we needed towels. We were gone at the park for the day came back to the trash still there and our towels still on the floor, not replaced. We asked about it and a housekeeper came to the room, seemingly annoyed with an attitude. She did give us new towels & toilet paper, then just left…no goodbye, no have a good rest of the day, nothing. There was one friendly housekeeper that was on another floor that was very friendly and greeted us as we walked by. I can’t really fault the hotels but there were loud families after 11 taking so loudly in the hallway, whistling was sounded like bird calling, kids running down the hallway, and just being so inconsiderate of other guests. Otherwise the hotel itself was quiet. Pool area is rather small, but ok. Hotel is set back from the main road. Close drive to Hershey park.

We had made a quick trip to Hershey park for family vacation and the hotel was much nicer than I had expected. Close to everything (parks and restaurants). Breakfast was included and was a very nice variety with hot and cold options. Would stay here again if we ever planned a trip near Hershey / PA.

Our room was located above the indoor pool. Needless to say all we heard was screeching kids. Wasn't informed that there would not be room service upon check in. Not our usual Marriot experience.

Our family stayed here during spring break and it's a very family-friendly hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast options are fantastic, and it's really close to Hersheypark. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the indoor pool is tiny, but for the price, convenient location, clean property, and good service, we had a great stay overall!
