Holiday Inn Express Hershey - Harrisburg Area, an IHG Hotel

I loved the pool was open late for the kids. Hotel room very nice, bedding was wonderful. Air conditioning worked great also. The breakfast was delicious. Evening and morning staff very friendly. Thank you very much!

Hotel was super cute! Staff was excellent! Super friendly and very accommodating! The decorations (it was December when we stayed) made my heart so happy! The kids loved the pool and hot tub! Close to Hershey park and Hershey sweet lights. Shopping and dining across the way. I will stay here again!

It was close to dining and attractions. Our 3rd floor was too noisy there were children playing in the hall Friday and Saturday yelling and screaming.

Holiday Inn Express in Hunmelstown PA was exceptional! Staff is professional and friendly. Hotel is spotless clean. Breakfast was delicious! My family and I will definitely be returning.

My family loved the hotel. Holiday Inn Express is our favorite brand. The General Manager was very very nice. He had solid recommendations for lunch while we waited for our room. Our room was nicely renovated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I have a bad back and had two restful sleeps. Our kids loved the television in the room. It was bigger than our television in our living room! The breakfast was good but served cold. We ended up at the diner for our second breakfast. No big deal. The Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in the lobby were a touch to the stay. The hotel is just outside Hershey. It's less than a five minute drive to Hershey Park and the Chocolate World. We'll be back for another stay guaranteed!

I stayed with my husband and 2 kids for 1 night in room 316 the staff was great the room was terrible. First thing when we walked in the iron board was out set up in the middle of the room, we found garbage under our bed, the pull out couch looked like it was never cleaned it was nasty i got that cleaned off got new sheets asked for a blanket i got what people would call a thin foam blue blanket, that we didnt end up using because it was gross i went out to my car and got my blanket from hershey park, had blood on our shower curtain, body lotion in the shower instead of body wash then found the body wash at the sink. The fridge was very nasty wasnt cleaned out. My 3 yr old son got bit 7 times on his leg by something in his sleep. My brother in law also stayed with his wife and kids and stated that there room was absolutely disqusting like it wasnt cleaned if it wasnt late we would have gotten a different hotel. Wont be back if so the only reason would be for the staff. We explained and showed everything to the manager and he is giving us a full refund for our stay. The staff was very nice.

We liked the close proximate to Hershey Park and to Hummelstown. Hummelstown has several local attractions. The morning breakfast was also a hit with the family.

I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool, pet friendly and the hot breakfast. Did not get a chance to use the pool because there was a little league team that was also staying at the hotel. In they were at the pool and made it a hazard to my family to use because there was no supervision of the young people. I also was not happy with the fact that the hotel staff called me because my dog was barking during the day before 4 oclock when I was out, he was barking because of all the noise the little league was doing, running in the halls having races in the hallway and was not told to stop and they were knocking on my room door and running away. I know this was occuring during the day because they were doing it in the evening as well. The hotel staff did nothing to stop them as well as their parents and chaperones.

Michelle was so very sweet and such a friendly face after a long day of traveling. The hotel was clean and our room was fantastic. The breakfast was great and our kids enjoyed the pool (we loved the hot tub). It was mostly clean but needed to be skimmed. All in all a great hotel and we will return the next time we visit Hershey!

The overall stay was great! The employee, Jo went above and beyond throughout our stay! She was extremely patient with my talkative child and took the time to talk with her!!
