Homewood Suites by Hilton Allentown Bethlehem Center Valley

I have stayed at this location multiple times. Each time just keeps getting better! The staff is amazing. I thank them for going above and beyond every time. Especially this time, my car wouldn’t t start, the entire team jumped to help my family and I. Again thank you

Clean, convenient for our family trip, lots of room to spread out for the kids

Nice property but our room had areas that was not clean properly like hair in shower from previous guest and hair on couch as well and finger smudges on cabinets and frig so it was a bit of a turn off especially with covid still prevalent. So housekeep definitely needs improvement. Nice property but cleanness is a major issue for my family and I. Not sure if we would return

The staff is always willing to accommodate our Red-Eye incoming arrival, so we can check in early and sleep a little before visiting local family. We are always appreciative and grateful for their kindness and special accommodations. The staff at check-in is (and is always) superb!

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton. New hotel, so guest services wasn't able to answer all of our questions, but they did their best to guide us to online resources. Indoor pool is smaller than some hotels we have stayed at, but hotel is new, clean, and the breakfast is a nice variety that changes daily. Very friendly and helpful. We asked for one more towel for our family of five, and we were immediately brought 3 extras. Housekeeping cleaned glasses that were in the sink while fixing up the beds. I even believe they wiped down the tiled floor. My son spilled soda and after cleaning it up, the floor still seemed sticky to me. After housekeeping came through, the floor seemed better and I think they may have wiped down the floor for us. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely return.

Excellent set up for families plenty of room to spread out. Clean, modern rooms.
