I ended up being on crutches for this stay, hotel staff was kind and accommodating- even offering me the use of a wheelchair. Our room is clean and roomy. Love the indoor pool - the kids are happy to have this amenity!

I like that it was very easy to check in. The staff was friendly, kevin was polite and kind. Other staff was helpful and friendly. So everything for us was pleasant and convenient. I would definitely recommend it and this hotel will be my go to stay when i go to Bethlehem to visit my family.

Our room was excellent, neat, and roomy. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and available. We were especially pleased with the quality of the free breakfast. The parking garage was convenient and reasonably priced. We have recommended this hotel to our family and neighbors.

The breakfast wasn’t the best but it was nice to have something complimentary, a waffle station would be ideal for kids . The rooms were a great value . The location was perfect .

It is crazy to pay for parking that isn’t even on site I was there with my four grandchildren under 9 and it was difficult to herd them all. From parking to hotel

I booked that hotel because the pool for my kids, and it wasn’t available,
They didn’t mention that on Expedia.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel provided a pack and play for my toddler to sleep in, which was super convenient. Due to their covid policy, our room was not serviced during our 3 night stay. That's fine, but it would have been nice to be informed at check-in!

Traveled from another state to Bethlehem Pa to visit and tour the steel mill and National Industrial History Museum. Stayed overnight at the Hyatt Place. Very close by, free parking, included breakfast which was great for our kids! Indoor pool was good for kids to get out some energy at the end of the day. Ordered dinner through their 24/7 Gallery menu, and picked it up a few minutes later. Great place to stay, we enjoyed it!

Great hotel for family of 5. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa which provided more sleeping space and lounging room than a standard room. The pros: great room, staff, and complimentary breakfast, refrigerator in room. The Cons: must park in parking deck and bring ticket to be validated every time you want to leave garage, pool and fitness center very small, no microwave in room.
