We stay here every time we visit family in Bethlehem. This hotel has a great breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable & clean rooms, and within walking distance to much of the south side. Price is fair and parking is convenient.

The kids running through the halls and slamming doors. Zero parental control. Room could use some fresh paint and cosmetic repairs. IS Very Clean.

Booked a room due to a family emergency, we were given a St. Lukes Hospital discount which saved a lot of money. Breakfast was included and was very good. Staff were very helpful and caring. Would stay again.

It was a good quality room for the price but we did have a total of six people with us and the room was listed on Expedia as sleeping six but there were just two double beds in the room so that was a disappointment, especially for the two kids that were relegated to the floor. That was really my only complaint though, the breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We checked in and went right to our room, however....it was not made up yet. Back down to the front desk. Apparently housekeeping had marked it clean. The front desk gentleman was embarrassed, and apologized. He also spoke directly to one of the housekeeping crew, as she was standing there. He wanted to know why it was marked as cleaned when indeed it wasn't. He then searched for a new room for us, and upgraded us because of the mistake.
The breakfast was great! Cheese omlets, sausage, donuts, yogurt, waffles. Really good. Room was clean & comfy, bed clean & comfy. Only thing i would suggest to housekeeping is to try and clean the little bit of mildew off of the shower grout. I know i am being picky, but.....Anyway, we have booked another stay here, so, you know I must think it's a good place to stay. Plenty of parking. Safe area. I grew up in Bethlehem, and my trip was to visit family. There are restaurants along the street, and one in the hotel. All in all, a good experience.

Upon arrival we were greeted to a pile of feces in our room that cleaning staff must have missed. They had the nice securitytake care of it. Every sheet on bed was stained some even had hair in em.they couldn’t move us to a new room even though with the poop .then we realized the tv had no remote. The phone in the room was busted. Half the lights were broken. There was bloody dried snot all over the walls in the bathroom. Then our second night was even worse we woke at 2 to a bedbug crawling on my ear. Then we found a baby roach. And as grand finish we were woken by slamming an yelling till 430 by a neighbor, security was involved as it woke the whole floor. The staff was super nice and seemed like they were just in a sinking shop, I gotta refund but spent all day treating out stuff so we didn’t bring them home. Ruined the only few days we have off this summer. Never again I feel completely cheated by corporate even with a refund. Could have slept better in my car.
