Can’t beat this place for this price. Managed by a nice family and very quiet day and night. Very clean and everything works as it should. Will be coming back here for all my Gettysburg stays

The check-in staff were also the owners. The family resided at the hotel. The room had an HVAC unit that made a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. I would not choose to stay her again.

I was very pleased with this reservation! It is a wonderful family owned business that keep a nice, affordable hotel. The rooms are very clean and taken care of. This was a not only a great value, but convenient and clean accommodations!

I did not like the Fact that the Posted on the Door...Non Smoking Room. HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN A SMOKED IN . Not the worst but pretty close...everything was.... “MOIST”..!!! Like the room had had a leak..?? The rate was less than most other properties... So I guess you get what you pay for. ... there free breakfast is kids funny... it is in the lobby office which is smaller than a bathroom...small coffee danish,fruit and beagle....don’t look for meat or eggs ... people where friendly.... place was just disappointing..!!!
