We rented the two room suite for 5 days and will definitely be staying again. Location to the beach and city center was excellent. At check in, it was made very clear that there was a zero smoking policy, which was appreciated since we had kids with us. When we got to the room, it felt very well cleaned, and there was a reasonable amount t of towels for four people. During our stay, the people on the deck below us filled the entire suite with the smell of weed at 10pm. The staff jumped on it immediately and the next morning followed up with us. A hotel can’t control what guests do, the measure is in how the staff handles iit. I appreciated that they strongly enforce the policy.
There are a few small tings that would bump this to a. 5.
1. Add a rack for hanging clothes in the second bedroom
2. There is very little room to store items in the bathroom due to the large sink taking up most of the counter space and its rails under the sink instead of a shelf
3. Everyday during breakfast the buffet ran out of food. There was stafff assigned to and standing in the area, but more often than not, guests would have to ask for food to be replaced (running out of waffle batter, eggs, biscuits) before action was taken
These are small things that won’t deter us from staying again. Overall it was an excellent stay

Bohemian natural style hotel. Very clean, pleasant and welcoming environment. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. All you need is there for you, such as a stylish Gym, washer and dryer, books to read, bikes and scooters, outdoor play area for kids, fire pits, walking distance to beaches, board games and more, pleasant breakfast, indoor pool, and free ample parking. The staff are very pleasant, prompt and helpful. I would really return back to stay at this hotel.

Stylish large room, comfortable bed and remained quiet, even though this was over spring break. Predictably there were many children and the noise of saltwater pool was a bit overwhelming (when in pool). But it was spring break, I kind of think this was to be expected! I also thought breakfast was standard hotel fare (waffle batter that pours, Costco muffins) and I would have loved a place to buy a drink! (See pool, spring break etc). But alas, no bar, room service or adult options. Nice place overall. Just not ideal adult stay, which may be true for most of seaside, as this is a family destination.

We stayed for couple of nights with two kids. The place is clean. The bathroom & the dining area is spacious. The breakfast is OK. The kids enjoyed the free cookie in the afternoon & ice water in the lobby. We like the location as it’s walking distance to the beach , restaurants & shops .

A reception area was Really friendly to me and my family. You would like to stay there even because of them.
You also will like breakfast area. They have New and nice Tables and chairs they don’t have a lot of Food breakfast to choose But they have what you need To feel be hungry.
The room, nice, big and clean.
Pool area is awesome.

The location of the Saltline is great! Very convenient to the beach (1block) with lots shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a family with kids and a small dog. Wish the thermostat control for the A/c unit was easier to maintain a comfortable temperature, but it’s pretty on par with how most hotel A/Cs are.
The free breakfast in the hotel is standard - eggs, breakfast meat, DIY waffles, breads, cereals, yogurt, fruit, coffee & tea. The sausage was pretty dry and lukewarm by 9am. Do wish that there were more drink options for the kids and that they had water dispensers in the dining area instead of just the adjacent lobby.
Check in and check out were easy with stand out service from Tony, but especially Sandra. She was super friendly and helpful, allowing me and my kids to have some extra fun on the beach after checkout.
Wish we were able to take advantage of some of the other amenities like the bikes, fire pits and hot tub/pool, but just didn’t get around to them. The pool area looked kinda small so we probably weren’t missing too much.
Would def recommend the SaltLine for a comfortable Seaside stay.

This was a great hotel for a family vacation! The hotel was very kid friendly, which we really appreciated as we traveled with our toddler. It was very close to all the fun things to do in Seaside. Would definitely go again!

We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in from the receptionist. she got us checked in promptly. The room was a two bedroom and it was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very hardy and delicious. It was my daughter’s 40th birthday and she was very impressed with the hospitality. Her children loved swimming in the pool.
