Very friendly staff, clean/comfy room, easy valet parking/car retrieval, easy location for getting to different areas of city. Have stayed here multiple times when visiting family in Portland.

The setup of the hotel is very nice. You get an optical illusion feel walking down the halls. The bed was amazing! I usually don't sleep well in any hotel as I prefer my bed. I slept like a baby in this bed. The shower was interesting. It had a hole in the glass so you could turn the water on and there was no sliding door so half the shower remained open. The water stayed hot the entire time. The city view was as advertised. My only issues were the lack of plugs available on both sides of the bed and trying to figure out how to turn the light out by the entrance. My wife and I will likely stay here again the next time we go to a Blazer game or concert at the Moda Center.

Front desk and valet staff were amazing. Property seemed fairly updated and clean inside. I would definitely recommend to friends or family and would stay here again. My only complaint was not having any complimentary bottled water in the room.

My only issue with the hotel and it's rooms is the lack of privacy in the bathrooms. The sliding door has no locks and also sit far enough from the wall that you can see into the shower from where the TV is in the room. If your alone who cares but if your with friends or family it's just awkward.
