Great hotel in downtown Portland! The employee who checked us in immediately offered dining and activity selections for our stay. My kids loved the arcade downstairs and board games in the lobby. Even though it was a very hip, cool atmosphere (which sometimes makes it seem focused on adults only), it was still very family friendly which was great!

Cute and fun boutique hotel with a great staff! Great staycation location. Despite the BS you hear about Portland downtown, area was clean and safe! Enjoyed the amenities and the staff was very outgoing and helpful! Highly recommended and will definitely suggest to friends and family visiting from out of town.

I love the Hotel Lucia. It is our sanctuary and oasis when we come and visit family in Portland. The staff is so welcoming! I look forward to returning soon.

Amazing hotel! Chic and has some awesome option for our kids. Staff was very very cordial and hospitable. The rooms were beautiful and we would definitely stay there again!

The property and staff were great. I wasn't a fan of the bed or pillows, too hard for me, but the facility was clean and staff were super friendly and nice. I really like that they had pinball machines, my kids enjoyed it so much. My kids really liked that they got ice cream sandwiches from the front desk. They had coffee in the morning, but it was always empty, which was fine I suppose, but if that's part of the amenities charge, they should always have it filled.

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location as it is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and stores. It's about five minutes from Powell's City of Books which is a must for my family whenever we're in Portland. Our room was small, but it was clean, comfy and cozy. No room service. No breakfast, but there was a coffee bar in the AM.
