Holiday Inn Express Roseburg, an IHG Hotel

We traveled with our family and grandkids for a baseball tournament. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we had an amazing view from our balcony of the river and the pool was really freshing. The only downside was the shower handle didn't stay in place and you had to hold the wand the whole time.

Oh it was just perfect! The pool was a bit cold the hot tub was really nice. My kids had a blast. The room was just fine with a nice view. The staff was super friendly. Everything was great!

Really enjoyed this property with our family. The entrance/commons area is very clean and welcoming. Lovely breakfast options! The pool was clean and the outdoor spa/hot tub is amazing! I haven't found a better view in a hotel in Roseburg either! We didn't deal with the staff much but everyone was very friendly and hardworking. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The staff were friendly and location is convenient and pretty with the river out back but the hotel and rooms were dilapidated. Wall paper coming off of the walls, our door lock barely unlocked which was a hazard, the shower drain wouldn’t stay up, the bathroom was warped due to water damage, floors creaked and you could hear a lot of noise from other people. It wasn’t very relaxing but good enough for a one-night stay. I wouldn’t stay again though. Great for families who don’t care about noise and want to swim. The breakfast was good. But not for people who want quiet or newer amenities and cleanliness.

A very comfortable stay and perfect for what we needed. Even though there were multiple families staying there, our room was relatively quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. The river view was lovely. You can't even hear the highway even though it is not that far away.

We were woken up by family upstairs TV on next door at 2:30am and people standing in open hallway talking and smoking

Several plumbing issues made the stay a little disappointing. Young children on top floor kept us awake. Young children should be put on the first floor, not the 4th.

Enjoyed my stay here with my family. The room was clean, did not know it had a balcony with a view of the river. Besides the creepy metal door above the shower. Everything was great!!
