Comfort Inn & Suites Creswell

Pool under construction do grand kids disappointed.

We reserved a 2 queen suite and they didn't tell us at check in that there was a door in our suite to the extra bed so my kids slept on the ground. The door looked like an adjoining suite and we had no reason to think it would open. So we actually had a standard room not the suite we paid for.

The property was very run down. The carpet was filthy, walls were dirty. Surfaces were not wiped down, hand/finger prints on headboard, lamps, and desktop. The staff were not very friendly. Only spoke to us when absolutely needed. We have stayed a few times while visiting family, but will not be staying there again.

First, let me say we have stayed at this property in the past and they were enjoyable experiences. This time, it was horrible. The room we got looked like it had only the bed sheets cleaned. There was what looked like dried vomit on the wall. There was pink glitter on the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. Dirty water filled the bathroom sink. The shower head was half like a waterfall because it was so stopped up it wasn't spraying property... and there was no pressure. It was hot outside and the AC unit sounded like it had large rocks rolling around in it, even on low. It was so noisy we had to turn it off. Nobody was able to sleep! The cost of the room had doubled since the last time we stayed ($390.00 for a double queen room with pet fee), and yet the room condition was greatly degraded. Lastly, there was nobody at the desk when we had to check out. We had to wait around until someone came back... even after ringing the bell. We rarely get to go on a family vacation anymore, so this was extremely disappointing. We will not be staying or recommending this location again!

While the interior of the hotel was clean the exterior appeared as though it had not been maintained in quite some time. Weeds and trash littered the parking area. Quite frankly, I was embarrassed to bring my family there.

This hotel is very convenient--right off the freeway. And they held something that we left in the room for our friends to pick up. Good place for a night while we visited family. Comfortable and not too small for three adults.
