21c Museum Hotel Oklahoma City

This hotel quality and the stay was very nice and the property is unique. Be warned if you’re bringing children that the pool changes to adults at 4 pm or 5 pm. We had children that wanted to go in the pool and we were not able to because it was a party atmosphere. The guest were also rude making the 30 mins the kids could swim very inconvenient.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but having stayed at 21C before and LOVING it, coming back and experiencing it as The Fordson was very dissappointing. I tried to call two times before our arrival and my calls were never answered. When we arrived the gentleman who checked us in seemed overwhelmed and inexperienced at working at a front desk/customer service. After leaving for an evening event and returning to our room around 11pm there was a dog barking very loudly in another room that could be heard in our room. We called and asked if we could move rooms, we were told if we came down to the front they could “negotiate” a different room with us. As soon as my husband hung up, he went down to the front desk where he was then told the entire hotel was booked. This night was a surprise for my husband and was our first night away together since having a baby 6 months ago. I was sad that the one night of good sleep we were supposed to have in the past 6 months was tainted by a barking dog. The front desk employee said they would call the room/owner, but we went to bed still hearing it. While the room and facility was very nice, we do not think we will risk trying to stay again especially with how much a stay costs.

Grace at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating! Our only issue was it took a while to get some ice due to staffing shortage. Service and hotel were top notch and we will definitely come back to stay! The happy hour at Mary Eddy's is unbeatable! Great service there and in the cafe next door. Have recommended to my friends and family!

The building itself is beautiful inside and out. The staff, alone, made this a stand-out experience for myself and family. At no fault of the hotel, I had trouble getting checked in. They all were there to help and never made me feel like the hot mess I was or a burden. I was beyond grateful.

Spectacular hotel. Currently the breakfast area is not completed but when it is they are adding a pool to the hotel as well. One issue is how very loud the corridors echo, we had kids and you could definitely hear them down the hallway and we felt bad for other guests. Other then that the service and quality of the hotel are superb. Its very cool to stay in the old Ford Model T factory too.
