Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

We always enjoy our stays at the OMNI. This hotel is gorgeous, is in a great location, and has great facilities for kids and adults. Will always stay at this hotel when in OKC. (added bonus, housekeeping makes the bed and delivers clean towels with being requested- I feel like that is rare these days).

Overall experience was great!! Great for families and very convenient to all food and entertainment. We will be back

Property was beautiful but because they allow non hotel guests to go to the pool it made the pool area not kid friendly at all and more of a party destination. Disappointed since the pool pictures was the primary reason we chose this hotel.

My family and I have stayed in thousands of hotels over the course of our lifetime for business and please. This was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had! The hotel cleanliness, restaurants, service, and location were amazing! Thank you!

Hotel was beautiful. It isn't the most kid friendly hotel we have stayed at, but for an adult only it is perfect. Great location, comfortable, and affordable. The outdoor heated pool was a bonus.

Quite literally one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We paid $700 a night for King suite. The first room we booked smelt like blunts or marijuana had literally just been smoked four before we walked it. We have two kids who were staying with us so we had to explain to them what the smell is. Thanks for that, Omni. They told us because I booked through hotels.com they could not refund anything, even tho, I had not prepaid anything & they for sure had my credit card on file that I paid in full AT THE HOTEL. So I call bulkcrap on that. Then we get to the new room & no hot water. Their “I’m sorry” was a bunch of cookies & cupcakes & a small food comp. Then I had a charge on my final bill for $35 for a room package delivery!!! The service was absolutely awful in every bar or restaurant we tried. Absolutely would never recommend or go back to OKC Omni. Never.

There has to be a better way to use WiFi you shouldn’t have to spend so much money to stay in the hotel and be charged for WiFi. The parking isn’t that bad but Vallet parking should be offered to everyone that stays at the hotel more than three days. The rooms on the 14th floor that has the double doors in connection to the guest next to you has to go we’re in the world where things are crazy and people are dangerous so I wouldn’t want to vacation with my young children, knowing that there is a door with a basic lock that someone could use to get in our room.

Property was packed. No enough staff for crowds. Valet parking was a nightmare. Pool was packed solid. Loud music DJ at night & screaming kids by day. Servers only helped those in cabanas. Not enough servers. Huge line to just get coffee and pastry. Room was lovely & clean. Bobs steakhouse excellent. Hard to get in restaurants and even more dirricilt to get your car.

Sorry but this pool should stop selling day passes to the pool. It was so croded it was hard to find a place to just stand in the water. My grandkids tried swimming but it was impossible. The pool service was non existent. The pool bar seemed to have enough staff, 4-5 bartenders, but they seemed much more interested in the drama of their regular customers sitting at the bar.

Very nice interior design all around the hotel. Bed and linens were lovely. Very large shower with rain fall shower head. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the rooftop pool but unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and tons of kids splashing and yelling (I get it - they’re kids lol) so I did not use the pool as I thought I would. But I did see a great fireworks show at Scissortail Park from the pool deck Overall, I highly recommend.
