Breakfast prices were crazy high . $19.00 per person, are you kidding? Maybe for a cook to order. But for dried out sausage, cold oatmeal, muffins, cold cereal? Really? And $4.00 for a bottle soda? No microwave in the room. Rooms were very nice, loved the bed, and the walk in shower? Omg, awesome!

My family and I were not satisfied by our stay at the Marriott. First, the pool being closed was a major disappointment for our children. Second, the hotel room air conditioner didn’t keep the room at a comfortable temperature, there was a roach in the bathroom. Lastly, we were not able to connect the two rooms we booked side by side together. We specifically booked the hotel to be able to take our kids to the pool during Mother’s Day weekend.

First of all, I messaged the hotel about a week prior to our stay to make a special request for my son’s birthday. Not only was the room perfect but there was a birthday bag set with goodies and a card (I believe Zara is to thank for that.)
Room was exactly as expected and felt very clean. My kids were impressed by the shower 😆
I requested a room specifically with a balcony with a view of the city that the kids would appreciate, and they exceeded my expectation. The kids ran out to the balcony to point at the train going by. Some people may be bothered by the train being right there but I never noticed it with our door closed. We enjoyed it being there! ☺️ one block with a walk under the bridge and you’re in Bricktown. Easy walk, access to the city’s trolly system or an ample amount of ride sharing options available. We ended Thursday evening with a swim in the pool! It’s lit up blue which the kids enjoyed, saltwater and indoors. There’s a nice patio right outside.
Friday we woke up, walked to breakfast, drove out to the science museum, zoo. Then came back for lunch and a nap, went back out to shop and ended our day at Celebration Station. To say we slept well is an understatement 😂
Breakfast was great with loads of options, kid friendly ones too. We always love a waffle maker. Karen and others were available and super friendly.
Definitely will want to stay there next time we’re in town.

When reserving it made it sound like breakfast was free, like the Marriott a few streets over. We liked that benefit. $19 for breakfast for each of our family members is too much since we dont eat a huge amount in the morning but would have liked to have something. The little Starbucks was closed Sunday morning.

My family and I are just now getting back into traveling and this property left a memorable impression on my son and I. We loved the room and cannot wait to stay again when we’re in town for a Thunder game. Top notch, zero complaints

This is a wonderful solution if you are attending a multiple day event at the Paycom Center. It is so convenient. However, it is noisy. I could hear trains and street racing. This would not be a good solution for a light sleeper, or someone with an infant. I was ok with it because I am a sound sleeper. The valet parking was wonderful, and all the staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. It room was clean and nicely appointed. I would give this property five stars except for the fact that it is noisy. I was on the fourth floor.

The lady’s in the morning were amazing they were so sweet and welcoming as well as the valet guy we seen him running to get a family his car for them, unfortunately the guy that checked us in was not as nice he seemed annoyed. our room was dirty we found pills in our closet and everything was dusty as well.

Everything about the rooms were nice. Probably just being close to town had to pay extra for parking, and breakfast at almost $20/ person seems unreasonably high (especially with 5 children between 5 and 14). Biggest complaint was the indoor pool seemed very cold. Nof sure if the heater was turned down or broken, but very disappointing as my kids love to swim.

We were in town for a Thunder game and the location is amazing for that. We were able to walk right over. Our room was clean and comfortable. Every employee we spoke with was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Lots of choices. I have 2 complaints, the noise level outside and the elevators. There is one set of 2 elevators for the entire hotel and they were not operating correctly the entire time we were there. One of them was marked out of order the whole time and the other one wasn't working most of the time. My 10 year old daughter had it open and the elevator had stopped a foot above the floor one time. Not only that, the stairs are not accessible to move throughout the hotel. You can take them downstairs, but they open to the outside only and are locked from the outside. So there were terrible long lines to get on the hotel elevator every time we wanted to go up, and you felt as if you were riding dangerously after seeing how many problems there were with them. I'm not sure we would stay there again, because of seeing how that issue was handled. One child on our floor in a wheelchair couldn't even get off our floor, due to it. As far as the noise level, we had constant loud revving cars and trains going by all the time. The window don't seem to buffer the sound at all.
