The staff are the sweetest, most accommodating people I have ever encountered. They are very dog friendly (even to my 2 big Rottweilers) they make my babies feel very welcomed

It's suitable for a family stay if you can't find the hotel in BrokenBow. The outdoor Jacuzzi was not working, and the kids were disappointed. Please update the actual status of the pool and Jacuzzi if either one is closed.

This place was hit by a tornado and had a ton of noisy kids there, but that being considered it was still very disappointing. When we arrived we waited a very long time for someone to come to the counter, in fact I had to look up the number to the hotel and call it and a woman that was sitting outside came in while answering a cordless phone and checked us in, she had to have seen us walk past her with our luggage! Then the room was not clean, lots of hairs. I didn’t complain bc I knew it was the last room and I just wanted to go to sleep.

Pool was not usable so i had a disappointed child, room smelt like old stale skunk weed, drawer in room was broke, they offered to change rooms due to smell but it was too much stuff to move and it was upstairs. Didn't want to deal with a 5 year old up and down stairs. It was too expensive for condition of hotel and no use of the pool which my little boy was excited about. Should have let people know pool was closed.

Review are deceiving and old , hotel is in a bad shape. Rooms stink and its gross. We only stayed there as the reviews seemed good . Do not recommended with family .

Short family trip to Broken Bow. Stayed at the Idabel location. The check in staff were very friendly and accommodating (let us check in an hour early). Due to Covid the breakfast choices were limited to coffee, cereal, juice, milk, muffins, yougurt, and various microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Only negative was the A/C was very loud when it turned on and off. We highly recommend this place and will stay again.
