Comfort Inn & Suites Harrah

I dont know when they started doing this but every morning housekeeping came down the hall knocking on doors and saying "Housekeeping" EXTREMELY loud. I understand they were obviously trying to see if rooms needed service but i could literally hear the lady down the hall which was extremely annoying when we were still trying to sleep. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time experiencing this. And to top it off the ppl next to us literally let their kids run in and out the room for hours last night. Just was a bad stay!!

We stay here to visit family. Not far from Oklahoma City, so there's plenty to do.

I was in town for a death in the family. Despite the reason for why I was in town this hotel staff was truly top notch. From a very personable manager who went out of her way to prompt cleaning of my room this staff was just great. I will be staying there again when I visit.

It was a nice hotel for us on a family event. It is located just down from the mail street of Harrah.

We basically sleep and eat breakfast. The beds and room are comfortable. This time, apparently there was a baseball tournament and breakfast was sparse. Other than that, we most likely will return. We have family in surrounding area and it is convenient. Hospitality is great!

On arrival was good. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly but did not follow through. We specifically asked im person at the cpunter for tje room to be serviced while out. we were assured that would happen. On return after a long day, only a few towels had been replace. Beds were not serviced. Bath area was not serviced. It was late in the day and no ability to resolve. My family was crushed and exhausted after payimg a good price for the room.

It was clean, but i won't stay there again there was 10 rooms we rented in noone never told us the pool wasnt available to swim in, that was the whole point of renting it for are kids. So when we get there they was like oh we will see if we can get a discount for yoi guys, of course the didnt. We wont be back.

I hated that we stayed there for three days and our room was never cleaned and we had to keep going to the front desk for towels and I’m sorry that’s very hard for me. I went to the front desk and personally asked for my room to be cleaned and when I returned they had not cleaned it I will drive further when I visit my family in Harrah next time because I will make sure that the next motel cleans the rooms everyday.
