This Holiday Inn was one of the best that I’ve stayed at. Definitely would recommend. The pool was super crowded so we couldn’t take the little ones, but that’s okay because our room was very nice and there was a lot of space for the littles to play as we only stayed one night.

The hotel itself was not bad. When we opened the door to our room, the smell was unbearable. It smelled of bleach and chemicals. At that point we had been traveling all day and I just wanted to go to bed and me and my kids were up all night because the smell was that bad. The gym equipment was filthy, The breakfast was delicious although really not worth $14.95 per person, my daughter ate a bowl of cereal. I definitely would not stay here again.

We purchased a 1 bedroom suite for two adults and two children. The pull out couch did not have any linens and the hotel stated that they did not have any extra linens. We had to take our linens off of our bed to ensure that our kids could have linens. There was no manager on duty.

Not the most attentive desk staff. Room signage offers some toiletries that were out of stock when I asked. I always expect to be asked about the quality of my stay when I checked out, and I was not. Had a rough weekend with a lot of unattended kids for school events running wild in the hallways. Would’ve preferred distance from kids and all of their rooms. Rooms are nice, though, overall.

Staying over one night while traveling. Nice facility. Got to room bed covers were dirty and only 2 sets of towels/wash clothes for a room for 4. Decided we were tired and would make it work. Woke up to the fire alarm going off and had to evacuate at 11:30pm. Spent time outside in the dark. Apparently some kids at a wedding reception pulled the alarm. Back into the room at midnight. Woke up to an employee banging on our door at 9am asking if we were gone for housekeeping. Checkout was at 11. Don’t stay here if you need sleep.

Clean and comfortable hotel near restaurants, shopping, and highways. We've stayed here several times while visiting family in the area and always had a good experience with staff.

Corner suite was fantastic for our family of 4 to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Shower and bathroom areas showed a little bit of dirt/grime around edges which could be cleaner but overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
