The room was nice. But our floor was so loud into the middle of the night. Neighbors were partying very loud until 3am and kids running around slamming doors. We did not get any sleep that stay in West Chester Hilton.

Disappointed that the view we had was looking at the roof after I asked to be put in a room with some kind of view the hotel appeared to be nearly empty, so they could of accommodated us with a room that had some kind of view, milk was $2 for a small school size milk, that's way over priced, room was clean and comfy, pool was great for the kids.

I got to the property at 3:15 and was told no rooms were clean and that I should return in an hour. No care or empathy was given. I wasn’t notified before hand nor was I notified when rooms were clean. I had my small child waiting in a hot car for an hour with no regard from the hotel staff. I was supposed to be getting dressed for my wedding. Such an inconvenience.
