Hampton Inn Cincinnati-Northwest/Fairfield

The only thing I was not happy with was the pool was out of control had a beat a bunch of kids, jumping in the hot tub and the pool when you said something to the staff, they did nothing about it

Our stay was very relaxing. Me and my husband stay here every time we come to Hamilton Oh to visit family. Our room smelled fresh so fresh when we opened the door. Room clean, fresh towels, bed made perfectly, no complaints. We love the King Study room. Nice breakfast, pool overall I recommend this Hampton Inn location to anyone.

Clean. I felt safe traveling alone with my 3 children.

The location was amazing plenty for the whole family love it everytime I come Ohio cause the people and the culture

Was a great place to stay for family trips the zoo was fabulous and not too far away

I will never stay at this hotel again. We checked in and walked to the elevator where there were holes in the ceiling and wires exposed. There was a basketball team and a baseball team staying at the hotel. The parents to these kids were sitting in the breakfast room drinking while their kids were running around rampant through the hotel. Their kids were swimming without any adult supervision and some of the kids weren't even 14 years old. They were causing so much noise, splashing everyone, stealing water toys from other kids, and smacking pool noodles off the walls so that a loud noise was being made (which hurt everyones ears). They were throwing their trash all over the hotel. The front desk did not seem to care about any of this.We went to our room after trying to swim for 30 min. We decided to go to the pool at 7 AM in hopes it wouldn't be so busy. We went down and had breakfast which was very good and the lady running the breakfast room was super sweet. After breakfast we went to the pool. The staff did not go into sweep and mop overnight and there were dirty towels all over the place and absolutely no clean towels. I gathered up all the dirty towles and threw them in the dirty bin. The hot tub was cold and the pool was freezing. Also my sink in my room did not drain! It was gross. When tryinf to tell the manager he made excuses for everything and said I was complaining about minor things. I contacted corporate after this. They will never have my business again!

i have visited this facility before while on trips from Florida to visit family and family members who were in the hospital close by. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and have good amenities and the morning breakfast is superb

We stayed at the hotel for a night and had issues from the start. We paid a premium rate ($176 vs $108) for a room that sleeps 5 and got a smaller room (422) The room smelled like chlorine as if there was something wrong with the water quality. Maybe that is why they gave out bottled water? It was 32* outside and the AC was on and room was at 68*. We switched to heat mode and set the stat up to 74, but it continually defaulted back to 70. We were freezing all night. There were blood stains on the bathroom wall and also on the couch. The bed was good and bathroom was otherwise nice. The continental breakfast was lacking. The only low carb option were something that resembled scrambled eggs. No meat. I know the hotel can’t control who stays there, but there was a kids sports team in the hotel and they were the rudest, most inconsiderate bunch. I had to take my breakfast to my room because they monopolized the entire small seating area. Being ignored by the desk attendant when we were trying to check out was the last straw. We were standing, waiting patiently for several minutes while they fielded a reservation call, but when the call was finished, they served another group that just walked up to the counter behind us.

On arrival check-in was fast and the front desk clerk was very nice. Our room was nice and cool, fresh bed linen & towels/washclothes, refrigerator & microwave was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the sofa( which was a bed as well) and desk gave our room just the right touch. I especially loved that that hotel was quiet. Restaurants and Shopping distance was very close and convenient. Me and my husband decided we will be choosing this Hampton Inn location to stay at when return to our visit our family. I recommend to all to give them a try.

Needed two rooms, one with 3 adults 1 child and one with 2 adults 3 children. Rooms werent big enough too crowded expected more space and at least a sleeper sofa for the price I paid. But it was nice friendly staff. Small indoor pool and very small workout facility. Don't get the double room with more than 4 people
