We loved staying here! The rooms were large enough to accommodate our family and were very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. We had a suite for the family, nice big room. Only issue is the people above us must have had small children because you could hear them stomping around.

This hotel was perfect for my family as we were in town for the Stevie Wonder concert at the Jerome Schottenstein Arena at OSU. The hotel is right down the street and is close to shopping and a few restaurants. The restaurants were not needed as the hotel provided a complimentary dinner as well as a full breakfast. The suites were CLEAN, very spacious and well equipped. This was the absolute best hotel experience for the money that I can imagine. There was nothing bad that we could say and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for anyone attending an event at OSU.

Freeeeezing pool in a too AC-room. Made it so uncomfortable that our family couldn’t use, even though we booked here for that reason. Wi-Fi is inconvenient. Breakfast too simple and low quality. Regret staying here.

Upon arriving in our room, my young child handed me a glass pipe that they found on the floor in our room. There was not enough hand sanitizer in that moment. We couldn’t really get past that; it may have made some of the other inconveniences (like linen and breakfast issues) more annoying. The kids also found a couple small toys, some dish soap, and a few cheese crackers on the floor. For what it’s worth, they sent housekeeping back up at our request.
