The only problems were the loud kids running the halls and the bathtub is very hard and unsafe to get in and out of

We stayed 5 nights and the hotel was clean & easy to get to where we were visiting family.
The staff was great especially Barb at the reception desk.
They did have an issue with fire alarm going off 2 nights in a row as they were doing some maintenance work in their swimming area but other than that we had a great stay.

It's a very nice hotel very clean loved the room comfy beds clean I didn't get in the pool myself but family members said it was nice hot tub to there is a few places to eat that you could walk to the buffet was good I just think they should offer scrambled also

I booked 2 king bed for 4 adults under 1 reservation and selected “Pay at property”. The hotel checked us in early and charged my card prematurely while also changing our reservation to 1 double room. When I asked for it to be changed back, they said they were booked because I made an error in the reservation which I did not, then after arguing with the front desk staff, they offered us a suite which they then charged me $100 more for. We needed the room with my family member having surgery at 5 am the next morning so we conceded and paid. Hours later, my bank notified me that the hotel is charging my account 2 more times. I went downstairs to the desk again to ask why they’re charging my card and they admitted to charging me “no-show” fees for the first rooms we booked that were supposedly “booked improperly” and they refused a refund because they said I had given them the wrong contact number (which I verified with my itinerary was correct) and they tried contacting me prior to billing my card and that’s their policy. After requesting corporate and a manager, they said they would issue the refund for the fees but it has yet to post to my account. All in all, the worst, shadiest experience and only the lobby was nice. The rooms are shabby at best.

We paid for a room with a jetted tub, but was called while we were driving to the hotel and told we were being changed to a room without a jetted tub. No compensation for the switch. The breakfast food was like eating flavorless foam. It is easily the worse complimentary breakfast we have ever had. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The only good part of staying in this hotel was the location. It was near our kids apartment.

I did not like the way the parking situation was. I also was surprised, being an IHG member and not having my number with me, the front desk associate was not able to credit my account...and didn't bother to ask for a phone number to look it up as a courtesy. My family did enjoy the breakfast attendant while we were there. The 24 hr coffee was Much appreciated as well.

There was too much chlorine in the pool which was unfortunate as we stayed there because of the pool (3 kids). The chlorine smell was so strong we could smell it on the 6th floor and as sokn as walking into the other side of the hotel. While in the pool room, our eyes burned/ were agitated due to ths water.

I brought my kids in town to visit the zoo and we had a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool area was VERY hot, but the kids still loved swimming all day. :) The breakfast was not as good as expected. I typically choose IHG hotels because their free breakfast is so good and there are so many choices. This one wasn't the best. Very friendly staff.

They cancelled my booking and stated they didn’t have control over third party reservations, charged us almost double of when we booked it on Expedia. Ran into two other families at the hotel that said the same thing happened to them and they had to stay together. Employees would not give me corporate number to call.

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. My family really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely come back!
