All the staff was super nice. Hotel is awesome, the kids loved all the art around the hotel. The bar with the overlook is also cool.

The hotel was clean, quiet, all the staff was helpful. The dining options were wonderful. Getting to places via the car was easy as the highway was right there along with roads that led to downtown and other areas. My family had a fantastic stay.

We make monthly trips to Cincinnati to visit family. We love this hotel - clean, comfortable and the best in this geographical area. Wish it were a tad closer to my mother-in-law's place, but it's only about a 15 minute drive. Wish there was a good sit down place to eat breakfast here - my only complaint. Modern, clean and well-appointed otherwise.

This hotel was perfectly located for our visit with many family members. They have a clean, quiet hotel. Great coffee in the room. The staff was very helpful and welcoming! We will be staying here on all our trips to the Cincinnati area!

My stay was wonderful! The Front desk team was thoughtful and supportive, especially Christine. They went out of their way to help me celebrate my graduation with complimentary snacks, beverages, and breakfast! They even helped my family and I take pictures before the event. The staff throughout the building stopped me to offer congratulations. It truly felt warm and home-like there.
