Staff were very friendly and treated you like family. The only thing I have to say is that cleanliness could be a bit better , but I'll still come to this hotel again for traveling.

When I first arrived to check into my room, the lady at the front desk was very nice, issued me a room, and then proceeded to room 521. Upon entering the room the room had been previously occupied by somebody smoking marijuana. They also had a machine running in the room, which later occurred to me as a Ozone machine went back downstairs. The lady at the front desk asked her for a different room upon putting us in another room room 611 when we came to the room the sheets were not perfectly done on the bed like normal the bathroom was still a mess. There was two towels in the bathroom for a family of four staying, also one bar of soap in the bathroom hotels overall cleanliness was very unacceptable especially for a new hotel. I will be asking for a refund as this was a terrible event.

Even though we were there for one night. It was very quiet safe and comfortable. My family and I will make sure to revisit, throughout our travels.

Refrigerator was not working dirty bathroom no other rooms to transfer too. Food and baby milk went bad nothing could be done because I went through 3rd party …

Our family has stayed in lots of different hotels and this was, by far, the cleanest and friendliest hotel we’ve ever booked. From the moment we walked in the two front desk attendants were happy, talkative and friendly. The cost to park at $10 per day was fine as it kept us from having to street park in the city. (All downtown hotels have a charge for parking-this was the cheapest). The hotel is very very clean with a spacious breaking area/lounge and our room had not a single speck of dust. The breakfast was hot and the breakfast attendant was helpful and again, friendly! It’s nice to see that type of customer service again.

The front desk staff was very kind, the breakfast was really good with lots of options and the room nice and clean. The pool is smaller and no hot tub, but my kiddo still had fun.

There was chewed gum stuck to the headboard. We had to slide the couch over to put up a pack n play for our child and there was a tube of lipgloss, two pills, and various paper/grime underneath. There were many black hairs stuck to the mattress cover. Lots of dust in every corner. They didn’t even remove the drywall dust from the floor in the rooms and it’s been open over a YEAR. Very disappointed. Also why is parking not included here? Ridiculous.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were big enough to accommodate my family. Floors were a little sticky in our connecting room.

The hotel was clean and nice, the front desk staff were incredibly nice. The toilet in our room was not working and unfortunately we couldn’t do anything since we had a sleeping toddler in our room. We had to take turns going downstairs to use the restroom by the front desk. The pool was also freezing cold and very cloudy looking
